Mexico is reeling one day after a 7.1 earthquake struck about 75 miles southeast of the capital in the Puebla region of Mexico. dozens of buildings have collapsed, including schools,. and office buildings, as some hospitals and other buildings have been deemed unsafe and ordered evacuated.

The storm was blamed for 7 deaths in Dominica, and that toll is expected to rise as well.

The GOP faces plenty of backlash from voters who expected action from the Republicans in congress after most senators ran on the platform of repealing and replacing Obamacare.
